This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all products and services provided by NyayAssist, a platform operated by Hyperboost AI Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We strive to offer transparent, fair, and efficient delivery of our digital and physical materials. By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Service Delivery
NyayAssist is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All products, features, and services provided by NyayAssist are delivered digitally on a subscription basis. No physical goods are shipped as part of standard service delivery.
Delivery of Services is contingent upon successful payment, account verification, and compliance with applicable Terms of Use.
This policy outlines how access, resources, and any exceptional materials are provided to users.
1.1. Account Access
Upon successful subscription and payment confirmation, and completion of any required onboarding steps, account access instructions and onboarding details are typically sent to the registered email address within 24 to 48 hours, subject to system availability and completion of onboarding requirements.
1.2. Platform Login
Users can access NyayAssist directly through the secure web application subject to successful onboarding, system compatibility and availability of internet connectivity.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
2.1. Training & Guidance
Onboarding materials, feature walkthroughs, and best-practice usage guides are provided digitally via email or in-platform.
2.2. Additional Documentation
Any supplementary resources requested by the User may be provided at NyayAssist's discretion via email or a secure download link.
3. Licensing Information
If a license key or specialized access token is required for any feature, it will be securely shared through encrypted email communication after onboarding.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such credentials and for any use or misuse arising from their disclosure.
4. Product Updates & Enhancements
4.1. Continuous Delivery
Feature updates, improvements, and new capabilities may be rolled out to active user accounts on a continuous basis. Such updates may modify, enhance, or discontinue certain features.
4.2. Notifications
Users will be informed of major releases through email or in-app notifications.
5. Security of Digital Delivery
NyayAssist implements reasonable security practices and procedures consistent with applicable law for data transmitted through the Services and in accordance with its role as described in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to ensure that sensitive information, including access instructions, security tokens, and credentials, is transmitted through secure and encrypted channels designed to maintain confidentiality and integrity. However, Users acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and NyayAssist does not guarantee absolute security.
6. Physical Materials (If Applicable)
NyayAssist does not ship physical goods under normal circumstances.
However, if physical materials are provided as part of workshops, promotional programs, training kits, or events:
- They will be shipped via standard courier services.
- Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, logistics, and other operational factors; however, in most cases, delivery may take approximately 7 to 10 business days from confirmation.
- Tracking details will be shared via email upon dispatch.
- Risk in such materials shall pass to the User upon dispatch, and NyayAssist shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines, whether digital or physical, are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond NyayAssist's reasonable control, including technical failures, network disruptions, third-party service outages, or force majeure events. NyayAssist shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
