This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services provided by NyayAssist, operated by Hyperboost AI Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
We strive to offer transparent, fair, and efficient subscription and billing practices. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. How to Cancel
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Billing or Subscription Settings within their NyayAssist account.
- No written notice or email is required for cancellation.
- If you are unable to access your account, you may request cancellation by contacting [email protected] from your registered email address.
1.2. Subscription Terms & Cancellation
All subscriptions are billed in advance based on the selected cycle. Upon cancellation, the following terms apply:
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your access to the platform will remain active until the subscription expires at the end of that term.
- No prorated refunds or credits will be provided for any unused days or remaining time in the billing period, regardless of the duration of the subscription.
- Long term subscriptions are prepaid for the full term and are subject to the same non-refundable policy if cancelled mid-term.
1.3. Demo or Trial Accounts
Demo or trial accounts, whose access is given for free, can be cancelled at any time during the trial period with no associated charges.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for services already rendered or delivered. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of any material deficiency in the Services attributable to the Company, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, provide appropriate remedies, including service credits or refunds.
However, a refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments for the same subscription.
- Billing errors arising from our systems.
Any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be handled in accordance with applicable tax laws and may be adjusted or retained as required under applicable law in connection with any refund.
2.1. Refund Requests
- To request a refund, email [email protected] with complete details.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 (seven) business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days from approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to timelines of payment service providers.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and services are strictly non-refundable:
- One-time setup, onboarding, or implementation fees.
- Customization, consultation, or additional service charges.
- Usage charges beyond plan limits.
4. Changes to Subscription
Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time.
Upgrades take immediate effect. The full price of the new plan will be charged immediately, initiating a new billing cycle. No credits or offsets are provided for the previous plan's remaining time.
For downgrades, the revised pricing will apply from the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused plan differences.
5. Termination by Company
In cases where the Company terminates a subscription due to a breach of terms or misuse of the platform, no refunds will be issued.
6. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page, unless otherwise required under applicable law and the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy will be updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Where such changes materially affect existing subscriptions or payment terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund and Cancellations Policy.
